Ok i've set up a thread here as a place to post actual tabs. If we can keep the chat to another thread and just have this as a place to post it will keep things a lot clearly for every body.

If anyone wants to add their own tabs up then please do and if you have an corrections or suggestions please post them as well.

This should also be up on Ultimate-guitar.com soon. For ease of viewing, select the body of the tab, copy & paste it into an editor with a monospaced font so it doesn't look all screwed up...

The thing is the only way I can play along with the actual song is if I set my CA30 Korg Chromatic tuner to 435Hz instead of 440Hz. Apparently this tunes my guitar down only a quarter step.
