I think we should start an official petition to get Digitech to start making Space Stations again.

They still make the Whammy, why not re-issue the Space Station?

There's always the Digitech "Expression Factory" (EX-7 I believe?) which has the Space Station's "String Swell" patch, generally regarded as the single biggest reason to buy a Space Station. Probably won't get a reissue of the genuine article for awhile because of this. That said, I voted yes.

I think if they reissue it they should do this, but of course that will never happen because they'd never make money. Razz

i played with the expression factory for a while, but decided it wasnt worth forking out for the one effect i'd use, especially as the Space Station had so many that i'd use.

something just didnt feel right about the expression factory

what, if any new features, would people like to see in the re-issue (if they make one).

Was watching that Metallica DVD Some Kind of Monster, and i thought i saw that Kirk Hammett has a space station. Keep hearing it in action on their albums now.

I saw that 3 in one a while ago. Only problem is you can't use more than one setting at a time. And if like me you already have the whammy its pretty pointless.

Have a look for spacestations there are always some knocking around. I got mine for 90 a few years back. But to be honest, they aren't really worth it. Unless you do your own music and use lots of effects you'd probably only ever use one or two settings. I only use the other shit when im doing home recording for obsecure sounds. But hey
